WINDSTORM MITIGATION INSPECTIONS
(FULL) (order this inspection if you have not yet received a windstorm mitigation inspection and you are ready to start saving money annually on your homeowners insurance premium)
(PARTIAL) (order this inspection if you have already received a FULL windstorm mitigation inspection and you have since made recommended improvements and you want those improvements inspected to start saving more money annually)
4-POINT INSURANCE INSPECTIONS(order this inspection ONLY if you have been advised by your insurance company that you must have a 4-point inspection in order to get insurance coverage) Typically most insurance companies will demand you have this inspection if the home you are wanting to insure is 35-50 years old or older.

(POST-CLOSING/ 30 DAY WARRANTY) INSPECTION (this inspection is to catch any defects of your new home after using all systems for 30 days, most builders want this inspection turned in within the first 30 days after closing)
(POST-CLOSING/ 12 MONTH WARRANTY) INSPECTION (this inspection is to catch any defects of your new home after using all systems for 12 months, ALL builders want this inspection turned in within 12 months after closing)
